EDP Renováveis signed an agreement with Fiera Axium Infrastructure US L.P. ('Fiera Axium') for the sale of a minority stake in a US wind asset portfolio with a 1.101 MW capacity.
The agreement establishes the sale of 394.5 MW and is the second asset rotation transaction with Fiera Axium announced by EDPR.
