EDP and Serviin release a video call service for the hearing-impaired

An interpreter will use Portuguese sign language

Starting today, EDP customers* with hearing impairments will be able to pose their questions about invoices, tariffs, contract changes and other issues through a simple video conference call in Portuguese sign language via the Serviin system.This feature makes it unnecessary for customers to go to a store or to be accompanied by a third person to mediate communication.
