EDP through the free market is offering more than 1,300 race bibs to its racing fan clients. To win, sports lovers just have to join up or already be customers of EDP Comercial to enter the competition.
Just access the site energia.edp.pt and upload a photo that shows off your pace. The photos most voted for by the public will be the winners.
For EDP, the emotion and the energy generated by sports translates in the concept of 'Heart Beats. To the Rhythm of the Race' and that can serve as inspiration for the photos used for the competition.
The winners will participate in the following marathons: EDP Dão Half Marathon (September 25), EDP Lisbon Rock n 'Roll Marathon (October 2), EDP Coimbra Half Marathon (October 9), EDP Bilbao Night Marathon (October 22), EDP Madrid Women's Half Marathon (October 23), EDP Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Marathon (November 20), San Sebastian Marathon (November 27), and EDP Málaga Marathon (December 4).
To promote its prizes of marathon race bibs, EDP launched a campaign, with the slogan 'Join EDP in the free market and win race bibs to the best Iberian marathons.' This will be publicized in the press and digital media for two weeks.
Having promoted marathons for over 20 years, this is also a way for the company to engage with their customers through the events it supports whether these are sporting or musical.
