The Seed Race event is a yearly competition, promoted by EDP Starter, a business incubation program managed by EDP Innovation to support projects  in the energy industry, from idea stage to venture capital investment.

Every year, EDP works side by side with selected startups, so they will get the chance to pitch and demonstrate what they’ve been up to during the year. Once again, in 2017, the startup that demonstrates the biggest evolution throughout the year may be eligible for a seed investment by EDP Ventures of up to 100.000€.

The Seed Race event will happen at EDP's headquarters in Lisbon, on the 31st of January 2018, from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. and can be followed live on our facebook page @innovationatedp.
