On March 17th, 2020, BlackRock, Inc. notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it had reached a qualifying shareholding correspondent to 5.06% of EDP’s share capital and of the respective voting rights.The 5% threshold attached to shares was crossed by BlackRock, Inc. on March 16th, 2020.
