Lisbon, May 29th, 2020: Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and of article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities Code, EDP - Energias de Portugal SA (“EDP”) informs the market that on the 29th of May 2020, D. Fernando Masaveu Herrero, member of the General and Supervisory Board, notified EDP about the execution of transactions made by the company Flicka Florestal, S.L. on the following terms:

• On 27 May 2020, the company Flicka Florestal, S.L. has disposed 750,000 shares of EDP’s share capital, at an average price of 4.086604 euros per share;
• On 28 May 2020, the company Flicka Florestal, S.L. has disposed 750,000 shares of EDP’s share capital, at an average price of 4.1361 euros per share;
• On 29 May 2020, the company Flicka Florestal, S.L. has disposed 500,000 shares of EDP’s share capital, at an average price of 4.2221 euros per share;

Considering that, before such transactions, D. Fernando Masaveu Herrero had the voting rights inherent to a stake owned by the company Flicka Florestal, S.L. in EDP, being imputable to him a total of 7.25% of voting rights, correspondent to 265,065,136 shares of EDP’s social capital, after this transaction he is imputable with 7.19% of voting rights, correspondent to 263,065,136 shares, 263,046,616 of which are owned by Oppidum Capital, S.L..

Please find enclosed in Annex the forms for notification and public disclosure of transactions on the shares of EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A., prepared in conformance with the Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 2016/523, of the Commission, of 10 March 2016, laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers’ transactions, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
