XXI Modern Consumer Award for Excellence in Customer Services
EDP in Espírito Santo was elected winner of the XXI Modern Consumer Award for Excellence in Customer Services in the Electricity segment. Conducted by Consumidor Moderno magazine, in partnership with the Standard Intelligence Center (CIP) and OnYou - one of the most highly qualified companies in quality auditing in the country - the XXI Modern Consumer Award for Excellence in Customer Services nationally attests to corporate excellence in customer and consumer management. EDP was also a finalist in the Company of the Year recognition, for promoting excellence in services to consumers.
