On January 30th, 2020, BlackRock, Inc. notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it had reached a qualifying shareholding correspondent to 4.997% of EDP’s share capital and of the respective voting rights.The 5% threshold was crossed by BlackRock, Inc. on January 29th, 2020.
