Bank of America Corporation notifica participação qualificada na EDP de 2,017%

A EDP e a EDP Finance BV assinaram um contrato de financiamento multicurrency com o Bank of China, no montante de €800 milhões (ou o equivalente em USD).

EDP and EDP Finance BV signed a EUR 800,000,000 Multicurrency Term Facility Agreement with Bank of China.

On May 20, 2010, Barclays Plc ("Barclays") notified EDP to the decrease of a qualifying holding of 2.15% to 0.98% of the share capital of EDP.

On May 21, 2012, Barclays Plc notified EDP regarding the decrease of a qualifying holding of 2.06% to 1.82% of the EDP share capital.

On May 20th, 2015, Barclays, Plc. notified EDP regarding the decrease of a qualifying holding from 2.71% to 1.09% of EDP's share capital.

On September 4, 2009, Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Ltd (Barclays) notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it came to hold 74,159,316 ordinary shares of EDP, which corresponds to 2.03% of EDP's share capital and 2.05% of the respective voting rights. The significant shareholding resulted from the acquisition of 212,932 shares by Barclays Global Investors Ltd, 397,402 shares by Barclays Global Investors NA and 5,727 shares by Barclays Global Fund Advisors, which were performed in the stock exchange on September 2, 2009.
