Andre Fernandes
André Fernandes is the Chief Executive Officer of EDP APAC.
He joined EDP in 2013 and has extensive experience within EDP Group, most recently serving as Senior Executive Director of Strategy and M&A with global oversight. Within the Group, he has also held the role of Executive Director of Investor Relations, Planning & Control, and Sustainability for EDP Renewables.
Prior to EDP, André built his early career with the Energy and Infrastructure team at Millennium Investment Banking. During his tenure, he advised corporates, infrastructure funds, and private equity firms on M&A transactions, debt structuring, and equity capital markets.
He holds a MSc in Management and Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, Portugal.
