Permitted Renewable Projects Ready for Contracting

These projects are strategically located, with signed interconnected agreements and fully-approved permits in-hand—making them ideal for utilities and other power providers looking to expand their clean energy fleets. Each project has safe-harbored its start of construction under the 2024 tax credit guidance and has access to the full value of the available tax credits for solar projects.

The solar park will be located in White County, Indiana. EDPR has secured full site control for the project, which is expected to reach commercial operation in 2027.

Interconnection

The project has a signed interconnection agreement, executed in November 2024.

Permitting

The project has received its full county building permits.

Environmental studies

The SCS, Phase I ESA, Wetland Study, Cultural Study, and Wildlife Studied are completed for the project.

The solar park will be located in Randolph County, Indiana. EDPR has secured full site control for the project, which is expected to reach commercial operation in 2027. This will be the fourth solar park in Randolph County developed by EDPR.

The project has a signed interconnection agreement.

Permitting

The project has received its full county building permits.

Environmental studies

The project's Phase 1 ESA is complete.

Project overview

This solar and energy storage project will be located in Merced County, California. EDPR has secured full site control for the project, and the project is expected to reach commercial operation in 2027

Interconnection

The project has a fully executed LGIA with full capacity deliverability status.

Permitting

CUP and EIR approval received from Merced County, California in March 2025.

Environmental studies

Studies are ongoing and being conducted for the Project's Incidental Take Permit applications pursuant to the Federal and State Endangered Species Acts.
