Dinh Nguyen
Dinh Nguyen is Country Director of Vietnam at EDP Renewables APAC. He oversees EDPR’s business activities in Vietnam, including a portfolio of solar power plants with total capacity of more than 500MWp, taking the lead to create and to implement business plans and strategic initiatives across various business functions to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.
He has over two decades of experience in the energy sector across Europe (notably in Belgium and in France) and Asia markets (being successively based in Bangkok, Singapore, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City). His professional experiences cover upstream to downstream activities in the energy sector, with a strong focus in the recent years on renewable energy development and promoting the energy transition in ASEAN markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar.
Dinh graduated in 2002 from Solvay Business School in Belgium and has had also studied in Switzerland at HEC Lausanne.
