APCC Best Awards

EDP's Contact Centers distinguished by APCC. In the Outbound category, EDP Comercial was the big winner with the award of the Gold and Silver awards to the Contact and 3C operation, respectively. In the Inbound category, the Technical Distribution Line was awarded Bronze. The awarding of these awards reinforces the work that has been developed in the Contact Center operations, which allow EDP to be a reference for the national market in terms of outbound and inbound services.
