Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Award

EDP was recognized with the Korn Ferry Employee Engagement award, being the only nationally awarded company. Korn Ferry, a global organizational and people management consultant, developed these awards to publicly recognize organizations that built higher levels of engagement. As for the evaluation process, the score is derived from the evaluated variables that come from the results of the climate study, in particular the questions related to the pride that the collaborators have in working in the company and if I would recommend it as a good place to to work.
