Procurement Leaders Awards

EDP was recognised in the Procurement Leaders Awards 2009, as the Winner of Special Commendation Award for Best use of Technology, with the project Sinergie – Supply Integration for Energy. These prizes are awarded annually and seek to reward excellence and innovation in procurement activity. The project implemented enables information to be shared between the purchasing teams and suppliers in all geographical areas, thus removing the obstacle of distances and of the different cultures in which the company operates.
