The 1st Portuguese edition of the Randstad Awards, positioned EDP in the Top20 of the most attractive companies to work in Portugal, in a universe of the 150 largest employers. The group also received a recognition award in the areas of financial health, social and environmental sustainability and the balance between personal and professional life. The study also reveals that wages and benefits are the most important factors for Portuguese workers, followed soon by job security and career advancement. A total of 7,262 people were interviewed, aged between 18 and 65, in order to raise awareness of their perception of the country's largest employers.
