SPG has instituted the Ricardo Esquível Teixeira Duarte Prize in order to encourage and distinguish its associates who are the authors of design solutions for geotechnical works or works with relevant geotechnical components, concluded in the 2013-2016 quadrennium. Project “Venda Nova III. Power Reinforcement of Venda Nova Hydroelectric Power ”, developed by EDP Production's multidisciplinary team represented by Celso Lima, responsible for the Foundations and Structures Department of the Dam Engineering Department (DEB).
