The Spanish Association of Customer Relations Experts awarded EDP the CRC Ouro prize as the company with the best Customer Relations Centre (CRC) both in the energy sector and as a centre taking more than 1.2 million calls per year. The CRC Ouro prizes are awarded following a series of external audits conducted by the IZO consulting company.
