Project overview

Flatrock Creek Solar Park would be located on flat farmground outside of New Haven. The solar park would complement the area’s agriculture and it would bring $200 million in capital investment to southern Allen County. Flatrock Creek Solar Park would also generate $30 million in payments to local governments throughout the life of the project, benefiting schools, health and fire departments, and the township and county. More specifically, more than $16 million would be going to East Allen County schools. Additionally, Flatrock Creek would contribute to meeting Indiana’s energy demands.
