EDP Soluções Comerciais was recognized by the Portuguese Contact Centres Association (APCC) in the area of contact centre management, with two awards: 1st place in the best contact centre category in the utilities sector and the Innovation 2011 award, which distinguishes the organization with the greatest contribution to innovation in the area of contact centres in Portugal. Both are the result of a benchmarking initiative promoted by the APCC and Altitude Software at national level, involving companies that use this communication channel with their customers and all agents performing their management on an outsourcing basis.
