EDP Comercial received four distinctions from the Portuguese Contact Center Association. The Quality label was awarded to the Contact Center of Parque das Nações and Seia - through a system of permanent evaluation of the quality of the services provided and the management of the Contact Centers of Portuguese companies, using more than 150 controls. Quality Label by the "3C - Customer Contact Center" telemarketing operation and 2 Best Awards - assigned based on an audit performed each operation and through a predefined grid, where systems, human resources, incentives, operators, among others. EDP Comercial was also awarded with Contact and 3C partners, with Prata in 3C and Ouro's operation in Contact's operation, during the APCC Best Awards, presenting the best Outbound and Inbound services.
