National Consumer Satisfaction Index

EDP Comercial was judged the best energy trader, according to dual fuel customers who receive natural gas and electricity from a single supplier. The results of the ECSI Portugal - National Customer Satisfaction Index Study recognized EDP Comercial's service quality, with over 3.2 million customers, of which more than 400,000 are dual fuel.Market research conducted by ECSI Portugal covers the energy sector, dividing it into four categories: natural gas, electricity, dual fuel and bottled gas. EDP Comercial achieved the highest rating in the dual fuel category.
