Appointment of market and CMVM relations representative

Lisbon, April 15th 2024: In compliance with Article 6(1) paragraph b) of CMVM Regulation no. 1/2023, EDP, S.A. ("EDP") informs shareholders and the market in general that the Executive Board of Directors, elected at the General Shareholders’ Meeting of April 10th, 2024, approved, at the present date, the appointment of Rui Manuel Rodrigues Lopes Teixeira as EDP’s market and CMVM relations representative.

1. The change of the name from EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. to EDP, S.A. was resolved at the General Meeting of April 10, 2024, and is pending registration.
