Lisbon, March 10th, 2022: Further to the announcement made on February 25th 2022 regarding IE2 Holdco, S.A.U.'s consent solicitation relating to “€500,000,000 2.375 per cent. Notes due 27 November 2023” (ISIN: XS1326311070)” (“2023 Notes”) and to “€550,000,000 2.875 per cent. Notes due 1 June 2026” (ISIN: XS1419664997)” (“2023 Notes”) (together, the “Notes”), EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. hereby announces that the substitution of the current issuer (IE2 Holdco, S.A.U.) by EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. was completed.
