EDP initiates preparation for potential EDP Renováveis IPO

EDP's Executive Board of Directors resolved, after General and Supervisory Board's favorable prior opinion, to initiate the preparation of a potential initial public offering of EDP Renováveis, S.L., an EDP Group holding for renewable energies, that holds the subsidiaries NEO Energia and Horizon Wind Energy.

Further details on EDP Group strategy regarding renewables sector will be released to the market and to public during EDP's Investor Day on Renewables that will occur next 31st of January.
