EDP reaches agreement for the sale of its remaining 20% stake in Pecém
Lisbon, May 26th 2025: EDP, S.A. (“EDP”), through its fully owned subsidiary EDP - Energias do Brasil S.A. (“EDP Brasil”), entered into a sale agreement with Diamante Geração de Energia Ltda. to formalize the disposal of its 20% stake in Pecém Geração de Energia S.A. ("Pecém"), for the total consideration of R$ 0.20 billion, subject to precedent, regulatory conditions and other usual conditions for an operation of this nature, until the transaction’s closing date.
Following this disposal, EDP ceases to have any participation in Pecém.
