The Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority ("ERSE") made public yesterday the final document relative to the "Tariffs and prices for electricicity and other services in 2009 and parameters for the 2009-2011 regulatory period" in Portugal.
The Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority ("ERSE") made public yesterday the final document relative to the "Tariffs and prices for electricicity and other services in 2009 and parameters for the 2009-2011 regulatory period" in Portugal.
The published document does not introduce any material change when compared to the proposal presented by ERSE on last October, 15th. Recall that following the disclosure of this proposal, EDP made a comunication to the market with all the relevant numbers and conclusions. Some additional details were also disclosed to the market on the Investor Day presentation, held on November 6th, 2008.
