Ninth edition of the Roda Women's Race sponsored by EDPR

One hundred women have participated in the ninth edition of the Women's race that took place on April 11th in the town of La Roda (Albecete province)

The race is organized by the City Council's Equality and Women's Center Department of this Albacete town and is well known in the province and part of the program of activities that has been prepared by the Department since March on the occasion of the commemoration of International Women's Day.

 

EDP University has been created to foster the development of individuals, to facilitate learning and sharing of knowledge generated within the Group and to develop the skills needed to ensure the sustainability of the businesses operated by EDP in all the geographic settings in which the company operates.

On September 2011, we launched the Renewable Energy School as part of the established corporate EDP University. With the ambition of going beyond pure training, the School emerged as a platform for sharing knowledge, experience and best practices across the company. The Renewable Energy School offers a wide variety of training programs aligned with our strategic objectives. The courses are held by employees of the Company creating a culture of knowledge sharing and guaranteeing the transfer of best practices across countries.
