So, you found out we’re hiring. How does our hiring process work?

Three main stages

Our recruitment process is usually divided in three major stages, even though the hiring process can vary based on the position you’re applying for

Announcement and application

Once an external recruitment need has been identified and the profile of the candidate sought by has been characterized, the vacancy will be posted on our platform, where candidates can submit their application.

Evaluation of applications

After the application period is over, we proceed to our assessment of all the candidates from an equal access first standpoint. 

What should you do?

Be informed and be ready

While waiting, gather further information and questions about us or the job at hand. We’re counting on you to deliver if you’re among the shortlisted candidates. 

Interview and selection

Based on the information gathered in the previous stages, we select a short-list of candidates so that the area recruiting can identify those they want to meet through an interview. The recruitment process ends with the selection of a candidate for the open position.

At the end of each recruitment process, the selected candidates go through a specially designed onboarding experience. After all, we want you to feel welcomed from the first day.
