Founded in 2008, our corporate university was born with the purpose of promoting knowledge sharing, development and retention of critical skills within the EDP group, ensuring business sustainability.

We believe collaboration is a powerful development tool, promoting knowledge sharing and networking within EDP group, through mentoring programs where experienced employees share their career path and guide others developing their skills, and executive coaching with external providers.
Our global communities also represent a unique opportunity to bring people from different countries and same roles together, aligning processes, best practices and new ideas, contributing for their self-development through knowledge sharing and curated learning contents.
