In this context, the objective of EDPartners is the continuous search for excellence, through the recognition of the best suppliers of the EDP Group and the projection of the internationalisation of our partners in the countries where we operate.
For this reason, EDP decided to promote the EDPartners awards to promote the adoption of good practices in key areas for the competitiveness of our suppliers and the EDP Group and the EDPartners Roadshows to promote national suppliers to companies in the markets where we operate through a set of networking events. For organisations to achieve their goals, alignment with their stakeholders is fundamental. At EDP, we see this alignment not only as a necessity but also as an opportunity for the company and its partners.
An award that recognizes the supplier with the best Performance results among all EDP business partners - that is, the partner with the best delivery time and quality results throughout the year. The assessment is based on the partner's compliance with the SLA and the quality requirements set out in the agreement, adjusted to each partner's scope of supply.
An award that recognizes the EDP supplier with the most innovative approach, beyond contractual expectations, and with a significant operational impact in terms of reducing process costs, improving the quality of deliverables, and increasing sustainability and/or occupational health and safety levels. The assessment of the innovations is carried out by a Committee comprised of representatives from the Supplier Management, Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety, and Contract Management departments.

The assessment is based on legal documentation, safety inspections, accident statistics, and on-site inspections carried out at the supplier's facilities throughout the year.
