Best Contact Centers with more than 50 agents - Portuguese Contact Center Association

The Portuguese Association of Contact Centers held the Best Awards 2019, an initiative that annually distinguishes the best customer service operations of Portugal in several categories. In the category of Best Contact Centers with less than 50 agents EDP Comercial B2C was awarded the Gold Trophy and the Bronze Trophy. In the Energy sector category, EDP Comercial B2C was awarded the Bronze Trophy.
