EDP and EDP Renewables (EDPR) have once again been recognized for their good practices in terms of inclusion and equal professional opportunities between men and women, having been included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index 2023 (GEI), that includes 485 companies from 45 countries . This global benchmark index measures gender equality across five pillars: leadership and talent development, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies and brand image.
