The project aimed at the conversion of the customers from EDP Commercial's Online Portal, in order to improve their relationship with visitors of the website, as well as the experience of the online accession process. Based on the initial evaluation of the client's behavioural profile, it was possible to increase the conversion of the contact center by 300% and create relevant contexts and content for the visitor. The Customer Relations Award distinguishes projects developed by providers with the objective of maximizing client perception of the excellence of the EDP service. The clientes must be external customers of the EDP Group (served by the EDP Group), they may be domestic (B2C) or business (B2B) customers. Made to Work is a company based in Oporto, with branches in Madrid and London, and which has a pioneering Internet and telecommunications team in 17 countries. They are working in the digital marketing field with a strong focus on websites with the goal of converting visitors into customers.
