The Satisfaction Index objectively expresses the performance of brands on the Complaint Portal based on interaction with users who have made complaints. A good performance of the brands increases the Satisfaction Index. If the index is between 95 -100 the Brand is considered 5 stars and wins the portal recommendation seal of the month's complaint. In June 2020 SU ELETRICIDADE had a satisfaction rate of 98.1 out of 100 points and was classified as a 5-star brand.
