The pilot project developed by EDP and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya, was recognized as an Official Partner of the Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign, a European Commission initiative launched in 2005 under the European Intelligent Energy programme.
