Increasing visibility, creating opportunities
At EDP, we believe that true inclusion begins with visibility: young women who have female role models in STEM are twice as likely to pursue careers in these fields. It grows with encouragement and succeeds when people feel they truly belong.
About the programme
Her CTRL is a global EDP programme, created to mark Girls in ICT Day, that opens the doors of our digital areas to female university students and early-career professionals (with up to 3 years of experience).
On May 19th, 2025, participants in cities such as Lisbon, Madrid and São Paulo had the opportunity to take part in a half-day job shadowing experience, following digital professionals in their daily work.
