The Board of Directors appointed Mr. António Manuel Barreto Pita de Abreu as Secretary of the Company, replacing Mr. António Pedro Balançuela Alfaia de Carvalho in the exercise of this function. Mr. António José Marrachinho Soares will continue as alternate Secretary of the Company.
