Under the theme of "Monitoring and Control: the key for improving the energy performance of buildings", this R&D session will address how intelligent control of energy use in buildings is a vital part of increasing energy efficiency, providing system flexibility and maintaining occupant comfort. EDP NEW is involved in several projects related to this theme, namely Ambience, SATO and Smart2B and, together with experts in this area, will present these projects to discuss the trends, regulations and technical requirements for monitoring and control solutions.
