The EDP Scholar Internship is a flexible programme for students from all academic disciplines and educational establishments who wish to undertake an internship that is part of their educational plan and/or for those with an interest in completing an academic thesis.
The application process:
The EDP Scholar Internship is open to applications twice a year.
The first round of applications take place in February and the second round in September. When the internships open, you will have the opportunity to apply and demonstrate your areas of interest and availability. The selection process is completely remote and consists of the following steps: application, curriculum screening, online tests, final interview.

The first professional experience I received in my area of academic education was through an internship at the EDP Group. I had the chance to work with colleagues from different areas and backgrounds within the Human Resources area, which allowed me to have a very comprehensive view of that field and determine which aspects would be of interest to me in the long term, after the internship had finished. Starting my career at EDP was decisive and allowed me to challenge myself at all levels, since I had the opportunity to work in different Group companies, and I strongly emphasise the teamwork and mutual help I experienced in each of them.
