The application process
The application process for the Summer Internship Program takes place between February and March. The recruitment process consists of four steps: online application, CV screening, online tests, and interview.
*Note: the work model will follow the hybrid work policy of EDP.

What are we looking for?
- Candidates from a wide range of higher education or technical-vocational courses are encouraged
- Third-year undergraduate students or first-year Master's students are prioritized for the program
- A natural ability to work within teams and engage in open dialogue

Each edition is a new opportunity for us to invite students to deepen their academic knowledge through a flexible professional and multidisciplinary experience. To achieve all our goals, we intend to attract students through the various opportunities we create.
The duration of the Summer Internship Program is flexible to meet the needs of the students and the business, ranging from one to three months.
The recruitment process consists of 4 main phases:

- Online tests
- Interview
Summer interns are students who are, preferably, in the third year of a bachelor's degree, the first year of a master's degree, or in technical-professional courses. More than technical skills and academic knowledge, we look for people who are willing to put their ambition and knowledge to the test.
Through the Summer Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a flexible, professional experience while having access to a set of other activities that foster your development.
