EDP Starter Seed Race: DotGis is this year's winner
DotGis offers services that use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with the goal of bringing new design, development and implementation solutions to geographic information management.
The Seed Race event is a yearly competition, promoted by EDP Starter, the startup engagement team of EDP Innovation. Selected startups are invited to pitch to EDP Starter and EDP Ventures, the venture capital arm of EDP, and demonstrate what they´ve been up to during the last year.
In this year´s edition, six startups (one portuguese, three spanish, one indian and one brazilian) pitched their projects. DotGis (a spanish company) was granted a seed investment by EDP Ventures of 100.000€.
