The current context has made development opportunities scarce for young people, and this is an excellent opportunity for EDP to make an even stronger statement, rethinking and adjusting its approach.
Recall arises from the need to create and develop experiences for those who, for various reasons, were not granted an opportunity at EDP Group (candidates for summer internships, professional internships, etc.).
From now on, several editions will take place to provide the best personal and professional development experiences to those who want to do so with the EDP Group.
The first edition (in autumn) had more than 100 participants, selected from the group of candidates for the 2020 summer internships.
The event took place in the week of the 23rd to the 28th of October. The participants were invited to prepare a business case, present it, and attend four workshops and networking sessions, all in digital format. On the last day of this challenge, the 5 winners and the respective topics covered in their business cases were announced.
