As the Shareholders are aware, through the publications made in due time, the EDP - Energias de Portugal, SA Annual General Meeting will be held on April 19th, 2017.

In order to facilitate the participation of the Shareholders in said Meeting, EDP decided, also for this Meeting, to bear the costs usually charged by financial intermediaries for the issuance of declarations of ownership of shares.
