Corporate Governance Support
The structure of the Corporate Center was redefined in 2015, taking on the following duties:
to play a structuring role in supporting the Executive Board of Directors, in the context of defining and monitoring the implementation of strategies, policies and objectives;
to foster the implementation of EDP’s culture and best practices through the dissemination and promotion of policies and strategies in line with EDP’s values.
