Responsibilities:

• To coordinate initiatives for the professional development, skill improvement, and the acquisition and preservation of knowledge of the Group’s employees;


• To design and coordinate the implementation of corporate programs included in the Group’s training plan;


• To coordinate and consolidate the Group’s training plan and budget;


• To monitor and inform the EBD about the implementation of the Group’s training plan and budget;
