The new EDP management team for the 2021-2023 three-year term was approved with 99.98% of the vote. Miguel Stilwell de Andrade, previously serving as CFO and interim CEO, is the company's new CEO. The Executive Board further includes Ana Paula Marques, Miguel Setas, Rui Teixeira and Vera Pinto Pereira. The team was elected during a shareholders' extraordinary meeting held this Tuesday, January 19, in a virtual format, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The duties of the new management team will be as follows:

• Miguel Stilwell de Andrade will be the CEO of EDP and EDP Renováveis, the group's fastest-growing business;
• Rui Teixeira will be the CFO of EDP and EDP Renováveis;
• Miguel Setas will be Global Head for Energy Distribution Networks;
• Vera Pinto Pereira will be the group's Global Marketing Head;
• Ana Paula Marques will be in charge of conventional generation at a global level and of the group's innovation and digitization areas.
